Terms of Service

Please read the following terms and conditions carefully before placing your order. By placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms set out below. If you have any questions please contact us at info@ninakirk.com and we will be happy to assist you.

Order Times

Selected items in the NKJD online store are made to order. Orders will take a maximum of 3 weeks for manufacturing plus any additional shipping times. If for any reason there is a delay in this process the customer will be contacted immediately to be informed of current production time.

Shipping Rates & Times

All orders within Australia will be shipped via Registered Post for AU$10 per order. Please allow up to 7 business days for shipping.

All International orders will be shipped by Australian Registered Post International from $20 to $30 depending on the destination. Please allow up to 14 business days for shipping.

International delivery costs and times do not include any taxes, duties or any delays which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. For more information on taxes, duties and customs regulations please contact your local customs office directly.

If your order requires more than one shipment, you will only be charged one shipping fee. A tracking number will be emailed to you once the item has been sent, which you can track via auspost.com.au/track/

Any delivery date or time specified by us is a best estimate only and Nina Kirk Jewellery Design will not be liable for any unavoidable delay in delivery.

Packaging

All items ordered from the online store are provided in their appropriate packaging. Small items are supplied in velvet pouches with NKJD logo and

recyclable aluminum boxes. Larger items are sent in appropriate jewellery boxes. All boxes are bubble wrapped when posted.

Scaling and Colours of Images

Please note that the majority of product images are scaled up to display the detail in jewellery. Take care to read all measurements of products in the online store before purchasing. Care has also been taken to display colours of metals and stones as close to the original as possible, however colours may vary on different computer monitors.

Sizes

We understand the difficulty in estimating sizes. Please read all measurements on the site carefully when sizing an item. If the item you ordered is the incorrect size or length it is available to be exchanged for the required size. Please note that extra costs may be incurred as a result of the exchange in size due to metal weights and any extra postage required. Please refer to our ring sizing guide.

Returns and Exchanges

Any items purchased from the Nina Kirk Jewellery Design website are able to be returned or exchanged (excluding any shipping charges incurred), if returned in saleable condition accompanied by the original sales receipt and packaging.

Payment for shipping costs back to NKJD will be the responsibility of the customer. To take advantage of this offer you must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item by email to info@ninakirk.com

Hallmarks

When you purchase an article of NKJD

jewellery you are assured that the highest standards of materials and craftsmanship are employed in its making. To support this statement each article is stamped with the designer's hallmark and the metal purity mark.

Please remember that a piece of jewellery which is worn every day will wear more quickly than one which is only worn occasionally. Naturally we cannot be responsible for normal wear and tear of any products.

Prices

All prices are in AUD. We have taken significant care to provide accurate and reasonable prices for goods. Due to fluctuations in the Australian dollar and world metal prices all retail prices are subject to change without notice.

Payment

All payments are processed securely through Paypal. All major credit cards are accepted, you do not require a Paypal account to use this service. Every transaction has comprehensive PayPal data security and fraud protection.

We may collect personal information from Users if they place an order, subscribe to the e-newsletter, or fill out a contact form. We will collect personal identification information from Users only if they voluntarily submit such information to us. Nina Kirk Jewellery Design may collect and use Users personal information for the following purposes:

- To improve customer service

- To personalise user experience

- To improve our Site

- To process payments

We may use the information Users provide about themselves when placing an order only to provide service to that order. We do not share this information with outside parties. No credit card details are kept on record after a transaction has been completed.

- To send periodic emails and mail-outs

We may use the email address to send User information and updates pertaining to their order. It may also be used to respond to their inquiries, questions, and/or other requests. Only if a User decides to subscribe to our mailing list, they will receive emails that may include company news, updates, related product or service information. If at any time the User would like to unsubscribe from receiving future emails, we include unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of each email.

We do not sell, trade, or rent Users personal information to others.
